Thank you for visiting our public portion of the "Morton Family" web site, our shared Morton family presence on the internet.

Here - you and everyone interested in the Morton Name and the people who make up our Scottish ancestors and all of their descendants can come together, meet, share our research, our efforts and our knowledge. And, perhaps with some joint efforts, we can slowly begin to lay out the entire family tree and connect the dots between all of us.

We are very proud of our extended MORTON family and all of our ancestors and their descendants. Each one of us and each of our ancestors has a story to tell of how and where they/we have lived, how they/we contributed to our family and some of the joys and sorrows they/we have experienced in our time here. We'd be grateful if you took a few minutes and told us your story - a journal or BLOG will be created for your use! And we ALWAYS want pictures - past and present!

For those of you would would like to, we can provide you the ability to build WIKI pages that will allow you to add to the website and the story of each branch of our family. Simply send us an email asking for this to be accomplished.

We'd also like to be able to keep in touch with our extended family and hope you feel the same way. By registering with us, you can see what we already have collected for our family members (perhaps we already have some of your story), maybe we even have pictures from the past and present, and we'll sign you up for our family newsletter and listserver. That way you will be sure to get all the latest news as it happens. Contributions to the newsletter would be appreciated!
